Video: Georgia hunter finds confused, naked man in the woods

What’s the craziest hunting story you’ve ever heard—or experienced yourself? Casey Sanders recently posted a video on YouTube depicting what appears to be an encounter with a disoriented, lost, and, most importantly, naked man in the woods near Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia. The incident took place four days after TomorrowWorld, a three-day electronic music festival that ended on September 28. According to Sanders, he was nearing a creek when he discovered the naked man out in the open. Unsure of the situation, the hunter stayed at a distance while the two exchanged a nervous conversation.

“I showed up to my stand to bow hunt on Thursday, October the 2nd and hear someone yell,” Sanders said in the video’s description. “I looked down to find a man standing in the creek holding a walking stick with not a stitch of clothing on him. Claimed he had been beaten up by some guys at Tommorwworld then dropped in the woods after they stripped him of everything. He spent days trying to find water and then he stuck to the creek once he found it. He recalled his number and I got in touch with somebody to come get him after I led him to the road.”

Sanders said that while he may have sounded confrontational at first, it was only because he was unsure of the man’s intentions.

“I didn’t exactly have a script in my head of this is what I will do when I find a naked man in a creek,” he stated in a comment on the video.
